2 ounces Taconic Distillery Rum
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce Harney & Sons black tea
1⁄2 ounce Harney Sons earl grey simple syrup
- Glassware: rocks glass
- Fill shaker with ice
- Add rum, lemon juice, tea, and syrup. Shake well.
- Strain into rocks glass, then add a few of the rocks.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
- To make the simple syrup, boil equal parts of water and sugar, remove from the heat. Add earl grey tea bags and steep for an hour.
