Raise a glass and celebrate 200 years with an exclusive Billecart-Salmon Champagne dinner at Henry’s at the Farm. On August 26 at 5pm, sit down to a four-course dinner with stunning views and exquisite food. These monthly dinners feature Executive Chef Gary Lucato’s well-known local fare, with many products grown on Millstone Farm at Buttermilk Falls, alongside tastings from internationally renowned wineries, distilleries, breweries and distributors. Henry’s pairing menus have previously featured Tuscan wine,French champagne and Irish whiskey.

Billecart-Salmon celebrates its 200-year anniversary, making it the oldest champagne producer in the world. The Billecart-Salmon pairing dinner will feature five of Billecart-Salmon’s champagnes, including a reserve that has not changed composition in the past 50 years. Guests can expect a seasonal American menu featuring a chilled peach soup made with Millstone Farm peaches to start, followed by chipotle barbecued prawns, mustard glazed black cod and an apricot meringue parfait to finish. Tickets are $129 per guest plus tax and gratuity. Attendees receive four courses and a welcome drink all served overlooking the Hudson River on Henry’s expansive reception patio.
