Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ounces Hudson Valley Distillers Adirondack Applejack
- 1 ounce rye whiskey
- 3/4 ounce Dancing Pines Chai Liqueur
- 1 dash fresh sour mix
- Cinnamon stick
- Lemon spiral
Method
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add applejack, rye whiskey, chai liqueur and sour mix.
- Stir, then strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon spiral.
