Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Hudson Valley Distillers Adirondack Applejack
  • 1 ounce rye whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce Dancing Pines Chai Liqueur
  • 1 dash fresh sour mix
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Lemon spiral

Method

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add applejack, rye whiskey, chai liqueur and sour mix.
  2. Stir, then strain into a coupe.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon spiral.
