Ingredients
- 2/3 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- To use as a marinade for chicken, place chicken in a ziploc bag and add marinade. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
