Blackberry & Plum Gin Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Half Moon Gin
  • 1 dash Plum Bitters
  • 1-2 Blackberries
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice 
  • 1 ounce Demerara Syrup

Method

  1. Muddle blackberries in a shaker tin. 
  2. Add all ingredients into your shaker tin without ice.
  3. Dry shake ingredients for 12 seconds.
  4. Add ice & shake for 12 more seconds.
  5. Double strain ingredients into a large coupe glass.
