Cardoso’s Crows Milk



2 ounces bourbon cream
2 ounces cold brewed Irving Farm Coffee Roaster HVRW Blend coffee
2 ounces Keegan Ales‘s Mother’s Milk

Cold Brew Coffee
(yields 1 cup)
2/3 cup medium ground coffee
2 cups cold water
Cinnamon stick (optional)

Marshmallow Creme
2 cups marshmallow spread
1/4 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cookie Rim
4-5 medium sized cookies (will yield about 1-1 1/2 cups of crumbs)







Cold Brew Coffee
1. Mix coffee and water. Add extra cinnamon stick if using. Let sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours. 
2. Strain coffee through cheese cloth and refrigerate.

Marshmallow Creme
1. Whisk marshmallow spread with 1/4 cup of boiling water. Add 1 tsp of vanilla and let cool. Funnel into a squeeze bottle.

Cookie Rim
1. Take any style cookie, like Cardoso Cookies‘s S’mores Cookies, and freeze them for 30 minutes.
2. Break the cookies into pieces and pulse in the food processor until they are the size of large breadcrumbs.

1. Rim the glass with marshmallow cream and then with the ground cookie crumbs. Fill with ice.

2. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir lightly and strain into a glass.
