Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons fresh chives, neatly snipped
1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves, minced
salt to taste
Method
Gently blend the butter and the herbs. Place dots of the butter mixture on lamb or beef hot off the grill, or melt over sprin​g peas.
