Ingredients

1 ½ oz Gin

2 oz Barrie House Cold Brew Coffee for light and fruity notes

4 oz Premium Tonic Water

Lemon or Grapefruit Zest, thyme or sage sprig to garnish

Method

1. Fill a high-ball glass with ice cubes.

2. Build the ingredients over the ice and stir.

3. Garnish with lemon or grapefruit zest, thyme or sage.
