An intimate luxury inn with old country house charm, The Millbrook Inn was previously home to two different boys’ schools and multiple bed and breakfasts. In 2020, Yvette Fromer transformed the property. Beyond adding a bedroom, building a 30-seat restaurant and outdoor dining patio, and beautifying the grounds, Fromer created a firepit and outdoor spaces. The inn’s restaurant and lounge proudly support local farmers; the menu changes weekly to reflect the harvest.
