Ingredients
Pizza dough, rolled
Olive oil
Preferred toppings
Flat cookie sheet or large spatula
Paper towels
Method
1. Roll pizza dough to desired thickness and brush the bottom side of the dough with olive oil. Use a paper towel to brush more oil onto the grill grates.
2. Place the dough directly onto grill and cook until bottom is golden brown. Flip with a large spatula or flat cookie sheet and brown the other side.
3. Remove from grill, add toppings and place back on the grill until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked.
4. Cut and serve.
