Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Tuthilltown Spirits Hudson Four Grain Bourbon
  • 1 ounce sage-maple syrup (Crown Maple syrup steeped with fresh sage and orange zest)

Method

Prepare the steeped maple syrup up to a day ahead.

  1. Combine bourbon and sage-maple syrup in a shaker. Shake and strain over a few large ice cubes.
  2. Garnish with fresh sage leaves and orange rind.
