- 2 ounces Tuthilltown Spirits Hudson Four Grain Bourbon
- 1 ounce sage-maple syrup (Crown Maple syrup steeped with fresh sage and orange zest)
Prepare the steeped maple syrup up to a day ahead.
- Combine bourbon and sage-maple syrup in a shaker. Shake and strain over a few large ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh sage leaves and orange rind.
