- 1 ounce malty herbaceous gin such as Orange County
- 1 ounce Averell damson plum gin
- 1/2 ounce Cocchi Americano (Lillet Blanc also works well)
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled and strain into a coupe.
- Top with a dry sparkling wine.
