Diner FAQs

During the 2 weeks of Restaurant Week, participating restaurants have 2 different priced points to choose from. Our 1st option offers either a three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for $44.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity), a three-course lunch menu for $29.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity), or both. Our 2nd option offers either a three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for $39.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity), a three-course lunch menu for $24.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity), or both. Restaurants also have the option to choose whichever combination of prices work best for their establishment.Those who have opted to offer their menu for take-out will have a “take-out” filter noted on their listing. All restaurants offer their menu for dine-in. Participating restaurants’ listings includes what days they will be offering the menu for lunch and/or dinner. Please note that restaurants may not offer their HVRW menu on certain days. 

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week takes place for two weeks twice a year. Dates for Fall 2022 HVRW are November 7-20, 2022.

No passes, tickets or coupons are required. Diners simply browse the list of participating restaurants, choose any or all that appeal, and call the restaurant directly to reserve a table. Wearing a mask is absolutely mandatory when dining out. If you are feeling ill, please stay home! 

Reservations are strongly encouraged (and required by some restaurants). For those offering online reservations through Open Table, you simply click on “Book Now.”  For those restaurants that do not participate in Open Table, please contact the restaurants directly.  Remember, walk-in guests are always appreciated, but may not be able to be accommodated. Restaurants operate their normal business schedule, so call the restaurant directly to confirm hours and details.

Restaurants will submit their menus which will then be posted on the restaurant’s page on our website. Please note that menus may change as ingredients are not always available, and quantities may run out.

If you have special dietary restrictions, be sure to contact the restaurant ahead of time to see that the restrictions can be accommodated within the Restaurant Week price point.

Beverage, tax and tip are not included. Please remember to tip your servers and bartenders!

Participating restaurants must offer the three-course prix fixe that includes at least three choices of each course. Some restaurants may choose to provide additional choices that are higher priced, but there must be non-supplemented choices on the menu.
