Organized, presented, and curated by Hops on the Hudson, llc.
Over 100 NY only artisans, makers, specialty foods, craft beverages, and gold sponsors.
We will create a “Taste of New York” tent, there will be live local music, 6 food trucks and a major raffle.
Hops on the Hudson Raffle and Tent – Over $1,000.00 in prizes. 1 FREE raffle ticket for every person attending.
Submit your application in January to be considered. Payments will be due in Feb./March.

All artisans, makers, food artisans, food trucks, and musicians are from New York.
Your products must be handmade, created, assembled, crafted, or grown in New York.

Who is Hops on the Hudson?
Peter Scherer and Lizzy Scherer are the co-owners of Hops on the Hudson. A family owned business.
In 2019, Hops on the Hudson organized 2 successful NY Craft Beer and Cider festivals in Cold Spring.
Each festival showcased over 50 NY brewers/ciders, 15 Artisans, 4 musicians, and 7 food trucks.
Over 1,000 attended the events.
Our Passion is to organize, curate, and promote New York hand crafted and New York hand-made products at Premier
events on the Hudson River. Products showcased include but are not limited to wood, leather, pottery, glass, ceramics,
felt, mixed media, paintings, craft beer, cider, spirits, wine, specialty foods, and Hudson Valley farm products.
We are a 100% Made in New York venue, and we are New York proud!!!
SAFETY - Hops on the Hudson's number one focus at the event is the safety of our family, workers, exhibitors, and
attendees. Hops on the Hudson will institute any and all safety provisions necessary during the event.
Artisan/Maker/Exhibitor Details: (SEE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PRICING AND DEADLINES)
(Special low rate this year due to Covid-19 pandemic. Fees are due in Feb./March)
Fees will be refunded - All down payments and exhibitor fees will be refunded, if we need to cancel due to Covid.
There is no application fee for this event.
All exhibitor spaces, under the tents, are either 10ft. by 10ft., 10ft. by 15ft. or 10ft. by 20ft.
All exhibitors will be required to provide a tent/walls or other fixtures for their defined space.
If you want to rent a tent or table from Hops on the Hudson please inquire.
Set up is all day Friday or Saturday early morning. (Over night security will be provided)
“Meet the NY Makers” opportunity for “Brick and mortar” store owners will be scheduled. Networking opportunity.
1 exhibitor pass,1 guest pass and 1 raffle ticket for a 10ft. by 10ft. tent.
2 exhibitor passes, 1 guest pass and 1 raffle ticket for a 10ft. by 20ft. tent.
Please bring your own chair(s)
There is limited electricity. Additional cost of $40.00 for 2 days. Please inquire.
There is no water, no music playing at any booth, and no alcohol consumption on the property.
There are designated smoking areas.
Spaces located outside of the large tent area are 10 ft. by 10ft. or 10ft. by 20ft and are more expensive
Exhibitor must supply their own tent for the spaces outside of the event tents.
There is no electricity for outside tents.
