Ingredients
Basil
Mint
Salt
Balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze reduction
Cantaloupe
Strawberries
Watermelon
Peaches
Pineapple
Wooden skewers, pre-soaked in water to prevent burning
Method
1. In a small dish, mix Balsamic vinegar, mint and basil with a pinch of salt. Set aside.
2. Cut fruit into square-shaped chunks and add to the skewers.
3. Place the fruit skewers on a preheated grill or grill grate over an open fire. Cook until grill marks appear, turning throughout to ensure even cooking.
4. Place cooked fruit skewers on a serving plate and drizzle with Balsamic, basil and mint dressing. Serve right away.
