Ingredients

2 oz Black Dirt Bourbon

.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup 

3 Dash Angostura Bitters

2 Dash Peychaud Bitters

1 Dash Orange Bitters

 

Cinnamon Syrup:

1 Liter Water

1 Kilogram Sugar

3 Cinnamon Sticks

 

 

Method

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.

2. Add cinnamon syrup and Angostura, Peychaud, and orange bitters to glass.

3. Measure out 2 oz of Black Dirt Bourbon, and pour over ice. Stir until combined.

4. Garnish with lemon wedge and orange peel.

 

For Cinnamon Syrup:

1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil.

2. Add in 1 kilogram of sugar and stir until dissolved.

3. Add in 3 cinnamon sticks, and stir until infused with cinnamon.

4. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.

5. Strain into storage container.
