Cold Spring Candy Co. 

Cold Spring

Cold Spring Candy Co. is a boutique, vintage-style candy shop that manufactures homemade fudge and artisan chocolates. Some eye-catching goodies include the fudge super sampler, pecan caramel turtles, and candy jars (filled with familiar favorites like Swedish Fish, gummy bears, and Hershey Kisses). For a unique option, check out the vegan fudge, which is manufactured with vegan certified coconut oil, sugar, and chocolate. Wildflower honey, organic maple syrup, and gift baskets are also available.  

Commodore Chocolatier

Newburgh

Crafting fine chocolates since 1935, Commodore Chocolatier delights with a variety of chocolates, whimsical chocolate molds, bark, truffles, and more. Chocolate boxes, baskets of candy, and the popular candy canes are sure to make sweet gifts this season.

At Hudson Valley Chocolates, all confections are homemade by Stephanie Glaisek, a French-American chocolatier. Order online or drop by the quaint location to indulge in peppermint bark, fruit and nut bark, or sea salt caramel sauce. For a variety of chocolates, the eight-count, 15-count, or 30-count assorted boxes are sure to be crowd-pleasers. Try a little of everything with the large gift box, which features an assortment of chocolates and caramels. 

JASBA

JASBA crafts delicious, unique, freeze-dried candies. The brand offers different crunch flavors, in addition to options that are seasonal, dye-free, and gluten-free. For a holiday option, the Christmas nougats are delicious peppermint candies that would pair perfectly with hot cocoa. For event more sweets, keep an eye out for the crunch variety platter, watermelon rings, sour green apple crunch, sweet and sour moon rocks, and sour worms.
