We just published the official lineup of local eateries participating in this year’s Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, and the list is truly epic in length. Close to 200 different restaurants will participate in the three-course, $32.95 special dinner menus, and a bulk of them will also offer three-course $22.95 lunches.
If you’re concerned that there’s no way you can possibly eat that many meals in a single week, don’t worry. This year, Restaurant Week lasts from November 4-17. No pre-registration or fancy coupons are necessary, but as demand for the specially priced menus is expected to be very high, reservations are strenuously encouraged. (You can even book many venues in advance right through Open Table on the list page.)
In addition to spotlighting local restaurants, HVRW is a boon for locals who want to sample ingredients from Hudson Valley farms, vineyards, and more. Quite a few venues are participating for the very first time. Others, like Terrapin, Blu Pointe, and The Roundhouse, return for another year to share their signature menus with locals and visitors alike.
Each restaurant’s prix fixe menu will be posted to its individual HVRW page as it is decided upon, though as with any local dishes, availability and demand may lead to updates as necessary. Guests with dietary restrictions should call ahead to see if accommodations can be made available within the prix fixe price point.
This incarnation of HVRW is particularly special for The Valley Table, which celebrates its first Restaurant Week with Hudson Valley Magazine publisher Today Media.
Questions or comments regarding restaurants can be addressed to individual venues. Feedback for Hudson Valley Restaurant Week itself can be provided to The Valley Table at hvrw@valleytable.com.
