Sip Refreshing Mocktails at These Hudson Valley Spots All Summer Long

Beat the summer heat by sipping on smooth mocktails with fresh fruit juices, syrups, and fresh herbs.

What are mocktails? Well, they are all the delicious goodness of cocktails without one ingredient – alcohol. Whether you want to beat the bloat this summer or simply enjoy a refreshing cocktail without the tang of alcohol, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s where to find mocktails in the Hudson Valley:

Grazin’ Farm to Table: Direct

Grazin’ is the perfect spot for a laid-back farm-to-table experience in the Hudson Valley. Everything comes from the Grazin‘ Angus Acres (GAA), a large-pastured farm on which the animals roam free, or from local farms a few miles away. Its classic, the Grazin’ burger, is a must-try, as are the freshly made salads (all the vegetables are picked fresh that morning). Unsurprisingly, the mocktails here are not to be missed. All the syrups for the mocktails are homemade (because, of course). The star mocktail is the color-changing Butterfly Pea Lemonade, but the eatery offers an array of mocktails such as the Sunset or a pomegranate sour.

New Paltz

Look no further than Huckleberry in New Paltz to find something for everyone. This cozy location offers delicious mocktails such as the Lavender-Ade, Yellow Jacket (featuring citrusy flavors), and Little Surfer Girl (flavors of mango, lime, and ginger). In addition, the venue dishes up small and large plates that are perfect for any appetite. Enjoy the outdoor seating (complete with a fire pit) with friends by your side and a mocktail in hand as you celebrate summertime in the Hudson Valley.

Looking for delicious mocktails to enjoy on the waterfront? Hudson Taco has you covered. A favorite in the Hudson Valley for small-plate tacos and margaritas, the eatery also offers delicious non-alcoholic drinks. The house-made Agua Frescas include horchata, pineapple mango, and strawberry and mint limonada. Located in the historic West Shore Train Station in Newburgh, Hudson Taco offers relaxed, modern vibes that make it the perfect spot to enjoy a mocktail with friends.

Some booze-free mocktails the eatery offers include the cosNOpolitan, amaretti sour, and the standard (blueberry shrub, soda water, and orange). Complete you experience with some snacks, such as the pickled vegetables, whipped ricotta, or tinned fish.

A delicious destination in Beacon, Wonderbar offers a selection of spirit-free drinks. The Migrating Coconut, a mocktail creation with flavors of coconut crème, lime, and pineapple, and the Hurricane Express, with blood orange, pineapple, and ginger beer, are not to be missed. For sips on the lighter side, try Tost Sparkling Rose or Tost Sparkling White Tea.
