Jet Set Tiki Bar
1 oz. aged 151 rum (like Lemon Hart)
½ oz. overproof Jamaican rum (like Wray & Nephew or Rumfire)
½ oz. aged Jamaican rum (like Plantation Xaymaca)
1 oz. coconut crème
1 oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
Grated nutmeg, pineapple frond, orange slice, and maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Add ingredients and crushed ice to a shaker and vigorously shake. Serve with crushed ice in a tall glass or tiki mug. Garnish with nutmeg, a pineapple frond, an orange half-moon, and a speared maraschino cherry.
