Located in the heart of Fishkill, Feeling Kinda Kozy dishes up Hudson Valley Restaurant Week specials for both lunch and dinner. When it’s time for the mains, look forward to Italian-leaning delights like penne alla vodka and chicken piccata. Joseph’s Italian Steakhouse

Joseph’s Steakhouse sits just next to the Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site at Val-Kill in Hyde Park. Joseph’s dry-aged T-bones, porterhouses, and rib-eyes endure a 21- to 28-day flavor-enhancing process. Filet mignon, NY strips, and slow-cooked prime rib will please any lover of all things meat. Restaurant Six at Curry Estate

The elegant dining establishment that is Restaurant Six delights food lovers this October and November. Book a table for dinner during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week to savor French-inspired dishes with seasonal touches. The offerings start strong with appetizers like French onion soup with three types of cheese and escargot with puff pastry. From there, it’s time for main courses along the lines of Montreal-crusted New York strip steak with bordelaise sauce and T-bone pork chop with roasted root vegetables. The savory side is delicious, to be sure, but make a point to save room for dessert. Whether you go for the flourless chocolate cake or the deep-dish apple pie, you won’t regret your choice.
Terrapin Restaurant

Nestled in a renovated church built in 1825, Terrapin is an iconic Dutchess County destination for Restaurant Week. Terrapin’s owner and executive chef Josh Kroner has been a driving force in the farm-to-table movement for years, crafting original American fare from hyper-local Hudson Valley ingredients. Before Terrapin announces its prix-fixe lineup, crave some of the year-round specialties like barbecued duck quesadillas with mango-avocado salsa, Uncle Vinny’s special rigatoni, and pan-roasted branzino. Pair any of the decadent options Chef Kroner prepares with fine Hudson Valley wines, local beers on tap, and a wide variety of cocktails.
