Located on a 60-acre orchard nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, an area deeply rooted in cider making, Angry Orchard, lead by head cider maker Ryan Burk, is reviving traditional cider varieties and bringing lost heirloom varieties back to the United States. Their ciders range from core ciders like their crisp apple, made from traditional cider apples, to their ciderhouse collection, a group of small-batch artisanal hard ciders made using cider making apples from Italy and France and aged on oak.
The cider makers continue to innovate with ingredients and cider making techniques, creating new enjoyable ciders. All are encouraged to come by for a visit and taste come of the specialty ciders made on-site. Visit for tours, tastings and special brunch and dinner!
