During Restaurant Week, participating restaurants can offer prix fixe lunches and dinners for $24.95, $29.95, $39.95, or $44.95. Participants also can offer their regular menus as the prix fixe. It is recommended that restaurants offer three options for each course, i.e., three appetizers, three entrees, and three desserts. Menu items should be representative of the restaurant in both portion size and quality. We encourage restaurants feature local Hudson Valley products on the menu and offer assistance in sourcing products and ingredients. The prix-fixe menus can also be offered for takeout. Each restaurants’ listing on the website will include what they’re offering (lunch and/or dinner), what days they’re offering the menu, and if the menu is available for takeout as well. All participating restaurants can select which days they would like to offer the menu. For example, you can exclude Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch.
The participation fee is $800 per Restaurant Week. Register for both Fall 2024 & Spring 2025 Restaurant Week and save $200; the cost for both is $1,400.
