Tradition meets innovation as we blend live fire and modern techniques to create our dishes. Our focus isn’t on fussiness, but on letting the exceptional ingredients shine. Depending on the day or night, Bittersweet’s menu will include different daily offerings and a multi-course tasting dinner menu inspired by one of our producer’s deliveries that morning. While focused on plant-based ingredients, we still honor our local livestock growers and their care & commitment.
I’ll always love fall in the Hudson Valley best, but there’s something so special about spring. Budding trees, greenery, a warm breeze here and there, daffodils and tulips…you can’t help getting caught up in it all, buoyed by feelings of expectancy and optimism for a new season and fresh start.
