Located under the Walkway in Poughkeepsie, the 50-seat eatery specializes in wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh pasta made in-house, as well as a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, local craft beers and specialty cocktails based off of what is available at the local farmers’ market.
My thoughts are squarely on spring—much warmer days, the return of farmers markets and a greater variety of local produce, and of course, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week!
