An artsy vibe, farm-to-table sandwiches, and whole-animal butchery set the scene at this new and unconventional Midtown restaurant. Accessible to the Hudson Valley community for deli-style lunches and prime cuts of meat to-go during the day, it transforms into an intimate, inviting diner and bar at night.
My thoughts are squarely on spring—much warmer days, the return of farmers markets and a greater variety of local produce, and of course, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week!
