Palizzata is a family-owned Italian Market & Restaurant that was inspired by the culinary travels of father-son team Eric and Joseph Cafaro. The cuisine, community and restaurant experience they found in Italy was something they simply had to bring home. In addition to the amazing eatery, their fully stocked market has endless options of fine, Italian groceries including fresh pasta, sauces and balsamic vinegars.
My thoughts are squarely on spring—much warmer days, the return of farmers markets and a greater variety of local produce, and of course, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week!
