Founded in 1998 by Baco Vulaj, Executive Chef, Piccolo was brought into a new chapter of life in 2019 when Kirsten and Sims Foster of Foster Supply Hospitality took over ownership & operations of the restaurant with one condition – that Baco stay on as the beloved Executive Chef and still be in the kitchen cooking his classics that bring guests back and back again. With a brand new interior design and a menu that embraced Piccolo’s history while also adding fresh new categories, Piccolo put down new roots for what we hope to be another 20 years of great hospitality and deliciousness.
