Our ciders are best paired with fresh local food, and our menu changes with the seasons. Chef Jack Tippett offers lighter fare in the spring and summer, heavier fare in the fall and winter, depending on what ingredients are available at area farms. We use our outdoor wood-burning grill year-round. Snacks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts are always available—and everything brings out the complex tastes and aromas of our cider!
