Strawberry Rhubarb Jam Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Tea Thyme Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
  • 3 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
  • 3 lemon wedges
  • ¾ ounces Yellow Chartreuse
  • ¾ ounces Saler’s Apertif
  • 1 ½ ounces Ophie London Dry

Method

  1. Muddle jam, lemon, 1 strawberry and Rhubarb bitters in shaker.
  2. Add gin, chartreuse and Saler’s to shaker.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Single strain on to double rocks.
  5. Garnish with strawberry.
