Episode 3: Anna Frumes
After growing up in the kitchen at her parents’ restaurant, Frumes traveled the world before planting her roots in the Hudson Valley. Drawing upon her global experience and love of local ingredients, Frumes opened The Borland House Inn & Restaurant in Montgomery with her parents. Today, Frumes serves as manager and chef, delighting diners with delectable breakfast, brunch, and, more recently, supper club menus.
