Episode 4: Constantine Kalandranis
Born into a Greek-American family in Yonkers, Constantine Kalandranis fell in love with cooking early in his youth. After getting his start working in a pizzeria at age 14, he pursued a formal education at The Culinary Institute of America. Upon graduating, Kalandranis cut his teeth at notable institutions like Gotham Bar & Grill, The Tasting Room, and Anthos prior to making his move to the Hudson Valley. Today, Kalandranis is the chef-owner of The Greekish in Harrison and Nyack. Formerly 273 Kitchen and 8 North Broadway, his restaurants are known for their fresh, local flavors and inventive takes on Greek cuisine.
