Ingredients
2 cucumbers (de-seeded, processed, strained)
¼ cup capers
1/2 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1/4 cup dill and mint (chopped)
1 qt Greek Yogurt
Method
1. Process capers, red onion, and garlic.
2. Mix everything except the herbs, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
3. Add herbs for garnish.
