After falling in love with the Hudson Valley while attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Scott Rosenberg made his mark at Il Barilotto Enoteca, the now-closed Fishkill restaurant in which he worked and served as co-owner for 19 years. Now down the street from the former Il Barilotto space, Rosenberg dishes updated versions of classic Italian fare that Hudson Valleyites crave. With an emphasis on fresh pasta, locally sourced ingredients, and a top-notch cocktail program, Il Figlio Enoteca is a must for Mediterranean cuisine in the Hudson Valley.
